My approach integrates my clinical background as a trained adult complex trauma therapist, my values and ethics that uphold liberation and dignity for all and my life philosophies that include Buddhist psychoanalysis, mothering while unburdening from patriarchal myths, and intersectionality as a framework.

I am a bilingual psychotherapist LCSW, who specializes in Adult Interpersonal Attachment and Layered Complex Traumas. I also hold the role of an EMDR Therapy Approved Consultant.

As a consultant, I embrace new ideas and believe that certification should be accessible for all therapists.

I have been practicing as a therapist for over a decade. I graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in psychology and minor in women’s studies. I hold an MA degree in Clinical Social Work from Loma Linda University.
