My approach integrates my lived and historical experiences, my clinical background as a trained adult complex trauma therapist, my values and ethics that uphold liberation and dignity for all. My philosophies include Buddhist teachings, mothering while unburdening from patriarchal myths, and intersectionality & transcendental frameworks.

I am a bilingual psychotherapist LCSW and I also hold the role of an EMDR Therapy Approved Consultant.

As a consultant, I embrace new ideas and believe that certification should be accessible for all therapists.

I have been practicing as a therapist for over a decade. I graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in psychology and minor in women’s studies. I hold an MA degree in Clinical Social Work from Loma Linda University.
